Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Any requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund once received.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday, and orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Your order will be shipped the following day after processing. Please note, we do not ship on weekends.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

If you have received incorrect, missing, or defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references. We will work as quickly as possible to resolve your case.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid via credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. For questions about when the refund will appear in your account, please contact your card-issuing bank. If you haven’t received your refund, we suggest contacting your bank/credit card company as it may take some time to post the refund to your account.
